Finding the right safety equipment for a new restaurant isn’t easy. Every day I get people who come to me trying to figure out what they should get. They all are confused. I always tell them that they should make sure that they have enough equipment to deal with fire, since they are at such a risk for fire. I also tell them that they really need to have an extensive first aid kit to take care of any accidents.
